In this tell all DVD presentation before his mysterious death; Phil Schneider presents a compelling testimony regarding his work in the construction of the Secret Underground Bases for the U.S. Government.
Schneider admits that by telling his story, he was breaking major federal laws as well as his military security oath. Schneider, during his work with the U.S. Government, had "Top Secret Rahyolite 38" clearance. He states he was going public and did not know how long he was going to be able to continue to talk about it. Schneider considered himself a "federal whistleblower" and spoke out against the trillions of dollars the federal government has been spending on "Black Budgets" or "Hidden Budgets."
Schneider was later found murdered in his apartment by strangulation, or so it was decided. During the course of the autopsy, the coroners office reported that blood and urine samples from the autopsy were also stolen.
